Ruth prayed for me when Chris Gore was at church. She prayed for alignment in my back. Well, that was the prayer that had me "jump" into complete healing. I'd been doing exercises, receiving prayer, etc. for a bit but felt something not exactly right in my back and it was hurting... NO LONGER! Thank you and have a beautiful day! Josephine

My friend of 48 years has been struggling with a bad Kidney for at least the past three years. Her daughter and oldest son have had Kidney transplants also in the past four or five years. She has been having dialysis twice a week during those three years. All her friends and family have been praying for a kidney donation so she would feel better and be able to live in the glory of God. On Tuesday she received word there was a kidney available for her which was a 98% match to her. On Wednesday she had the transplant surgery which was a complete successful. It was a very long surgery but everything worked the way it was supposed to. She is recovering now in the Glory and Peace of God. Thank you Lord God for answered prayers.

“We were able to pray for a neighbor's son the other day. His restaurant had closed and he was out of a job. A week or so later we find out that he had his job back with the restaurant, they were now doing take out and were making more than they did before when they were open normally!!”

“Weeks before I was set to move out of my house, I had posted my furniture on Craigslist, FB Marketplace, etc because I didn’t want to take them during the moving process. I had them posted for about 2 1/2 weeks with little to no responses. I was on the phone with one of my close friend and we prayed over my furniture and that it would get responses on those postings. We had prayed on a Friday night a week prior to me moving out. Nothing happened Saturday and Sunday but come Monday, I had almost 30 email inquiries about my furniture. God hears all of our prayers.”

“This is so much of what I've been craving since becoming a Christian: a stripping away of all inessentials and a focus on interactive learning, collaboration, and action.

I joined a couple services I've wanted to support for a long time, like WestGate Church Saratoga Campus. I also felt drawn to Echo.Church North San Jose again. Both so nourishing and enlightening.

And THEN I got to experience Zoom Church for the first time! Wow. My friends Clint Adams and Jennifer Adams invited me to their church, Revive San Francisco, where I felt instantly welcome with lovely chat messages. About 40 people were there - a diverse mix of ages and ethnicities.

Worship was led by a woman named Amy in her living room with a simple guitar. I immediately decided to close all other tabs and just soak in this beautiful gathering. We all sang, and then Clint shared an enlightening, relevant, accessible message about sickness, along with a handout we could follow along with.

THEN the best part: The host seamlessly divvied us up into breakout rooms where we DISCUSSED the sermon with ~5 others. Praise God! How I have missed this. We shared our own stories, talked about how to apply the sermon, and then prayed for each other.

At long last, I had interaction today! The whole way through. It was intimate, anointed, and motivating. I came away with tips on new ways of showing love for my neighbors and colleagues. And I have clarity on the purpose and structure of a blog post I am writing later today for Salesforce (which my breakout room prayed about). I also have new empathy for what others are going through and feel connected with my brothers and sisters all up and down the peninsula.

Grateful for this opportunity to experience "church reimagined". Amen!”

Last week, on Friday, I was able to pray with a parent of one of my students, who had pain in her mouth from having her wisdom tooth pulled. Because I did this, another parent who is a believer has become emboldened to talk to other parents who are not yet walking with the Lord about her faith and how she and her son have prayed! - Megan Adams

On Saturday morning, I saw a police officer leaving Peet's coffee and he was highlighted to me to tell him how much I appreciate him and the work he does. After I told him, he was so moved he almost cried and I told him that I pray for him and all law enforcement every day; he could barely talk and repeatedly said thank you and told me that he'd had a really hard week and that he was grateful and then said God bless you to me. - Megan Adams

On Saturday afternoon, I met and prayed for a fellow brother in the Lord, and he had just been released from prison; he was so grateful to receive prayer and held his hands high in the air to receive from Jesus. Then he wanted to know if there was an in-person service somewhere and I was able to tell him yes at Dolores Park Church on Saturdays at noon. So so so good! - Anonymous

I am so blessed!! I feel so loved from God...THANK YOU TO MY FATHER IN HEAVEN. I honestly didn't know how I would make rent by the first of October because it's only been my 2nd or 3rd week of working as a cashier clerk at a local produce store. I gave my prayer request to Leo Scott to ask God to help fill my financial needs and for spiritual protection because I have PTSD and get repetitive nightmares every night. Well, today...I totally forgot that I filed for financial assistance from the SF undocufund because it was a long time ago. I made a good connection and had a great conversation with my case manager. I thought this was for $250, but they sent me a $1,000!?!?!? Now I can pay rent and even buy some groceries!! I ALSO did not have any nightmares last night...I am fatherless, he passed away to suicide. I have no family members to even call or talk to...but I feel so protected and loved right now from my FATHER IN HEAVEN....I AM LOVED...THANK YOU GOD <3 Thank you jesus... you are all I need...!! I promise you God that even if you didn't send this...I'd still worship and love you the same (at least I think and hope I do) THANK YOU MR. LEO SCOTT, SF REVIVE, THANK YOU GOD, THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU. I was walking with my head down. I cried so much this past weekend and right now I can't stop smiling. <3 Thank you for this blessing Father, it is an absolute privilege and honor to be your loved child.

Today, my mom called and said she was at the Dr with my stepfather who had a red and very swollen arm after he was out in the garden for a bit. They have a lot of deer in their area so right away my mom thought Lyme disease. It kept getting more swollen so I told her I’m gonna pray right now. I hung up the phone, prayed and cried out to God to not let it by Lyme disease or anything serious and I heard the Lord say ‘allergy’. My mom got back to be about 1/2 hour or so later and said thr Dr said it was an allergy! I LOVE hearing from God and even more when he confirms things like this! We’re all so relieved and thankful to God for his protection and healing!

I got a prophetic word for a friend earlier last year but God told me to wait before sharing it with them. Later in the year God told me to share with that person, I shared the word but I did not hear back from them.

Last week they told me that the word came to pass at the exact right time. They said the word confirmed some things with a major life decision!

I had been doing quite poorly over the last couple of months but I couldn’t afford treatment. My Doctor decided to give me a treatment at a discounter rate! That same week someone gave me money for treatment. The amount of money they gave me covered the treatment. I feel better than I have felt in a long time and can begin to think about going back to work!

“My husband and I have received multiple generous checks this week that helped us get through last month! We have had SO MANY financial testimonies this year it can only be God. We have been feeling convicted to share the testimony of Gods provision believing God wants to “do it again” in others. My sister did not know how she would make rent next month. She got a check plus 2 more checks coming. My brother has 4 job opportunities all at the same time and has been looking since covid started. God is good! He is looking out for his children and wants to provide in miraculous ways.”

Just wanted to share with you an encouraging story that just happened this morning! You know that we walk every morning for exercise around our block and say good morning/wave to 10-30 people every morning. I was reaching the intersection at the top of the hill and a Safeway truck with a delivery driver waved me down. I thought that he might have needed to find an address and wanted to ask for directions. I walked up to the window and this African American man timidly asked me if I lived here and I said yes.

He went on to tell me how he noticed the last few weeks as he was making deliveries on our hill how I would greet my neighbors and stop to talk to everyone. He said he wanted to let me know how special this was and it wasn’t something that he normally saw. He then went to say how he is an introvert but felt inspired to start connecting with his neighbors. He said he just felt like he wanted to stop, tell me this and ask how my day and pregnancy was going. I immediately felt in my spirit that he was a Christian so decided to take a chance and asked. He said yes, he loved Jesus and was listening to Christian radio right now during his deliveries. We had to say goodbye because others vehicles were trying to pass by but we exchanged names and I said God bless you and thanks for sharing.

Why is this encounter so amazing to me? This is the first time in almost 9 years that I’ve had something this unique happen. I had never interacted with him personally, no wave, no good morning, no conversation. He had simply noticed me doing this with others. Not only that, he felt inspired and started to do the same, all without me knowing. We teach about the power of presence and continuing to “just keep showing up” but this encounter illustrated so clearly that being present, visible and intentionally connecting can make a huge impact. We may not think that people are watching or even know that people are watching but they are watching. How many people have we influenced without even knowing? I’m just so thankful that God allowed me to see through this interaction.
